Sayid attacks Ana so Ana ties him to a tree. While Kate and Hurley play golf, Ana and co discuss what to do.
In the flashback we learn that Ana-Lucia was a cop undergoing therapy cause she was shot while pregnant and mis-carried. She later kills the man who shot her.
Eko gets fed up and sets out for Jack's camp with Sawyer on his shoulders. He walks up on Jack and Kate playing golf. Ana sends Micheal for supplies planning to to trade Sayid for them. Kate helps take care of Sawyer. Ana finally lets Sayid go. Jack follows Eko to Ana and convinces her to come join the camp.
