Ana-Lucia appears in a dream to Eko and tells him to help Locke. Jack, Sawyer, Kate and Locke argue. Micheal stumbles out of the hatch and tells them that 'Gale' shot him and got away. Eko joins them. Libby is still alive so Jack starts to work. Eko says a prayer for Ana. Jack wants to go after 'Gale' but Libby needs him so Locke and Eko agree to go. They get lost and Locke tries to go back so Eko head butts him and knocks him out.
In the flashback we see that Eko was a priest investigating a case for the church of a girl who died and came back to life during the Autopsy(this girl is the daughter of Claire's psycic) . The girl gives him a message from his dead brother Yemi.
Eko asks Locke about the ? pictured on the blast door map. He tells him about his dreams where Ana and Yemi want him to help Locke find it. Locke and Eko arrive at the Nigerian Plane. Jack is unable to help Libby. He sends Sawyer and Kate for the heroin to at least make her passing comfortable. Kate questions him about Ana taking his gun. They find Hurley and break the news to him. Locke has a dream that he's Eko and talks to Yemi. Eko climbs a cliff for better perspective. When he comes down he tells Locke the ground has been salted. They move the Nigerian plane and find another hatch.
Jack begins giving Libby the heroin. Eko and Locke enter the new hatch and find a video saying that The Swan hatch is only a psycological experiment. Locke says he will no longer push the button. Libby wakes up and then dies.
