Libby and Hurley destroy his secret food stash. Jin and Sun come by and tell them about the food drop. Everyone is snatching what they can. Hurley sees a familiar guy and chases him. Jack tends to Locke's leg. Sayid and Ana question "Gale" who is caught in another lie. Sayid tries to shoot him but Ana jumps him and the shot goes wild.
In the flashback we see more of Hurley's time in the mental hospital. We see that his best friend there, Dave, does not exist.
Charlie helps Eko with his project. Hurley continues chasing Dave on the Island. He asks Sawyer for meds. Sawyer is his usual obnoxious self and Hurley snaps and beats the snot out of him. Kate, Jin and Sun all laugh. Hurley walks off on Libby. Locke speaks to 'Gale' and 'Gale' tells him he never pushed the button. Dave almost gets Hurley to leap off a cliff but Libby stops him and they kiss.
