Jin yells at Sun about being in her garden where she was 'attacked' and tears it up. Locke asks Ana-Lucia to help get Gale out of the hatch. Sun gets dizzy and Rose is concerned. Ana visits Gale and asks him to draw a map to his balloon.
In the flashback we see Sun continuing her English lessons. We see her and Jin trying to have a baby hoping her father will be easier on Jin about violent jobs. A doctor tells them they can't concieve because Sun is infertile. The doctor later tells Sun Jin is the one who's infertile.
Sun goes to Sawyer to get a pregnancy test. Gale draws Ana a map. Her Sayid and Charlie set out to find the balloon. Kate provides moral support for Sun as she takes the test and it comes out positive. Ana and Sayid have a heart to heart. Sun finds Jin replanting his garden. They talk and she tells him she's pregnant and what the doctor said. Jack and Locke let Gale out of the Armory and give him food. He reveals Ana and his map, gives a creepy lil speech about an ambush, but says he's just kidding.
