First Episode to feature All-Island Flashbacks.
Aaron has a fever. Danielle approaches Claire and tells her Aaron's infected with the sickness. Claire starts having confusing flashes. Jack tells her that Aaron will be fine. Claire doesn't believe him. Locke gives Gale a book and talks about the Author to Jack.
Kate goes with Claire to see Libby and undergo hypnosis. She has a flashback of Ethan and his medical experiments on her. She is convinced she can find the place they held her and that there will be medicine there for Aaaron. Kate goes to Sawyer for a gun.
Claire leaves Aaron with Sun and her and Kate set out and are joined by Danielle. Eko asks Jack about talking to Gale. Claire and co find the medical hatch. Claire remembers a girl helping her escape. She also remembers that back when she scratched Danielle, that Danielle was actually helping her.
They are unable to find any medicine, and head back. Eko confesses to Gale that he has killed some of 'The Others' asks Gale's forgiveness and cuts off his beard. Aaron gets better. Gale says things to Locke about Jack being in control. Locke has his own little tantrum.
