Claire returns to camp. She has no memory of anything after the flight. Ethan finds Charlie and threatens him imf he doesn;'t give Claire back. Locke establishes a perimitter. Scott gets killed.
In the flashback we see Charlie has himself a girlfriend. He is accepted by her family and even given a job. but the drugs get in the way. He steals from her to get money for drugs and gets busted when he gets sick at his first day of work. She kicks him to the curb and he is ashamed.
Jack and co bury Scott. Locke and Jack decide to go after Ethan using Claire as bait. Jack hands out the guns from the silver case. They find Ethan, corner him and are ready to bring him in when Charlie shoots him 4 times in the chest.
