There was a cop driving around on a quiet Saturday Night lookin for somethin to do. He ends up in front of this little bar where the parking lot is packed. There loud music an laughing, everyones havin a good time.
The Cop thinks, "Ah here we go, one of these people is get wasted and decide to drive home, This'll be easy" And he pulls his car around the corner.
Sure enough, out comes a guy stumblin around, fallin over himself, droppin his keys and so on.The guy finally gets to his car, stumbles in and pulls out of the driveway and w00p, the cop pulls him over. The cops takes down his information and gives the guy a breathalizer test.

The guy blows perfect 000s . The cop just looks at him confused like 'what in the world'..

The Guy looks up and says, "Oh Hi Officer, I'm the Designated Decoy"
