Jin wants Sun to leave Sayid on the boat and go with him. The Others have Jack, Kate, and Sawyer under video surveillance. The Others find out about Des's boat. Kate and Sawyer are put to work in a quarry moving rocks.

In the flashback we see that Sun is a liar and also learn she slept with Jae, the guy giving her english lessons. Her father Mr Paik finds out. Jae ends up dead.

Sayid docks the boat at the Other's dock. Kate talks to Alex. Sayid prepares a signal fire. Saywer kisses Kate and gets a gun but Kate is threatened by Juliet so he relents. The Others storm the boat and Sun shoots one of them, but the Others take the boat. Ben has a talk with Jack. We learn Ben's last name is Linus. Ben tells Jack the Red Sox won the World Series. Jack doesn't believe him so Ben brings in a TV and shows him proof.
