This one was good but left me disappointed.

We open with An Eko Flashback. He and his brother are poor and living with Nuns. A Nun yells at him and sends him to confession. On the Island, Locke and Charlie have brought Eko to Sayid for help. We see him remembering the same fight with Yemi as before. Eko's tent catches fire. Charlie and Hurley care for him.
Jack is doing pull ups in his cell. Ben tells Jack theyre moving him. Jack confronts him on the tumor. Ben takes Jack to Colleen's funeral. Locke Sayid and Desmond argue about the Hatch. Hurley tells them Eko ran off.
In his flashback, we learn Eko spent time pretending to be Yemi and doing bad activities. Then the altar tells him to confess and he wakes up.
Locke recruits volunteers to chase Eko. we meet Nikki and Paulo.
Juliet brings Jack a cheese burger and fries. Ben kicks her out and talks to Jack. He tells Jack he wants him to operate on him.
Locke and co. lead Eko to the Nigerian Plane. Nikki and Paulo open the pearl doors and explore it while Locke and Eko talk about Yemi. Locke gives Eko the necklace back. Locke and co check out the Pearl further and see things on the television screens.
Juliet and Jack have an odd scene with a video tape where she tells him to kill ben during the operation.
Eko Stands hallucinating in the Jungle arguing with Yemi. he gets Killed.
