Sawyer and Kate are arguing on the boat about going back to get Jack. They don't. Tom comes to get Jack. He tells him they are moving him somewhere else. In transit, he sees Juliet in cuffs being led away.
In the flashback, we see Jack trying to fly a kite. an Asian woman approaches and helps him.
Tom puts Jack in the Bear cage and gives him a sandwich. He tells Jack that Juliet is in his former room and that she's in trouble.
Sawyer and Kate make camp. Karl wakes up and tells them that the other Island is where "The Others" work, that the main Island is where they live. Juliet asks Jack to come help Ben cause Ben's stitches sre infected. She tells him they put her in his old room because she killed someone. He refuses to help her or Ben.
In the flashback, he and the asian woman Achara are talking over dinner. She gets handed an envelope of money and tells him that she 'has a gift'
A creepy older lady, Isabel comes to Jacks cage. she talks about his Tatoos. She gets Jack from the cage and brings him to a hearing about Juliet. Jack lies for Juliet and goes back to his cage.
Flashback we see Jack and Achara messing around. he tells her he wants to know what her 'gift' is.
Jack wakes in his cage to see Cindy and the 815 tailies that were 'taken' by the others. The little girl Emma asks how Ana-Lucia is. Jack snaps out and they leave. Sawyer and Kate notice Karl's gone. Sawyer finds him crying about Alex. They have a heart to heart about women. At Jacks cage, Alex smashes the camera and confronts Jack about saving Ben. She tells him that Juliet is on trial and will be executed. Jacks asks Alex to take him to Ben. He tells Ben he will help him if Ben stops the others from killing Juliet.
In the flashback, Jack follows Achara to see where she goes/works. It's a Tatoo parlor.She tells him she cannot tatoo him because he is an outsider. He makes her do it anyway.
Alex and Jack arrive at the trial with a note from Ben. Execution is no longer an option, but he orders that Juliet be marked.
In the flashback, Jack gets beat up by a bunch of Asian guys for getting the Tatoo. he is told to leave their country and never come back.
Juliet comes to Jack's cage asking why he helped her. he says that Ben promised to send them home and together they will make sure that Ben keeps his word. Juliet tells him they're all going back to the main Island. Sawyer and Kate argue. He tells her he let Karl go. He confronts her about her regretting sleeping with him. They set out for the Losties camp. On the other Island, Isabel reads Jack's Tatoos out loud. She says they mean "He walks amongst us, but he is not one of us". He says that that's what they say, but not what they mean.
They all get on a boat and and head out to the main Island.
